Best In Class Intern (July Summer Training Program): - Handle all practical assignments provided by the mentor as per the predefined training program.

- Attend assigned trainings organized by the division and HR.

- Deadline for receiving all applications is the 15th of April.

- If you pass the initial screening, you will receive an invitation to a Best-In-Class employment fair which will take place during the last week of May.

- During the fair we will make our final selection of trainees.

- The Best-In-Class Program shall take place from 4th to 29th of July,

and it will be followed by 2 weeks preparation for a teamwork competition between trainees (from 1st to 12th of August).



- Students expected to graduate between summer 2010 and 2011.

Telecommunication Engineer - Xceed



1. Responsible for the configuration and implementation of the new requests.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve PBX problems escalated from CCC.

3. Analyze and ensure the reliability of the communications systems on a regular basis to provide highest level of performance, availability, and security.

4. Responsible for the PBX planning, implementation, support and upgrades.

5. Track and analyze fault histories in the long term resolution of intermittent problems.

6. Handle and Follow-up on cases opened with equipments’ suppliers



• Network Essentials TCP/IP, Frame Relay, ATM, Voice Over IP • CCNA/ CCNP

• Switches, routers & LAN equipment configuration & troubleshooting

• Knowledge/Experience of PBXs, Voice and the VoIP

Education: Communication & Electronics
